Eligibility for Refund
- To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of your purchase.
- Refunds will only be issued for the original purchase price. Any applicable taxes or fees will not be refunded.
- Renewal refunds follow the terms disclosed for the applicable product. Deluxe Recurring Subscriptions renewal refunds may be requested within seven calendar days of the renewal charge.
- Refunds will not be issued if there is evidence of misuse or abuse of the product.
How to Request a Refund

- Evaluation: Once we receive your request, our team will evaluate your claim. We may ask for additional information to process the refund.
- Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
- We do not offer refunds on lifetime licenses or one-time payments after the 30-day period.
- Refunds are not available for services or custom work provided by Deluxe Plugins.

Deluxe Recurring Subscriptions
Initial purchase: The first purchase of the $89.99 prepaid annual software subscription has a 30-calendar-day money-back guarantee measured from the original purchase date. A request may be denied for fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated purchase-and-refund abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or other clear misuse.
Renewal payment: A renewal refund may be requested within seven calendar days of the renewal charge. After seven days, renewal payments are normally non-refundable except where required by law or where Deluxe Plugins caused a material billing error.
Cancellation: Customers may cancel future renewals at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term and does not shorten the period already paid. It prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund an already-used billing period. Access remains active through the exact paid-through date.
