By accessing or using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. License
Effective for new purchases beginning July 30, 2026. Earlier purchases remain governed by the license and payment terms shown when they were purchased.
Unless a product page or written quote expressly says otherwise, the listed price grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one website. Five-site, unlimited-site, reseller, or developer rights are included only when that exact license is offered and purchased. Contact us for an extended-site license quote.
- Free products: Current installable version for one website. Updates are provided when released; support is best-effort.
- Prepaid annual software subscriptions: The full 12-month term is paid in advance. The license renews only once per year using the payment method selected at checkout, unless canceled before renewal. The annual renewal price is disclosed before purchase.
- Canceling a subscription: You may cancel renewal from your account when that control is available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current prepaid 12-month term. Access may end sooner after a refund, chargeback, fraud, Terms violation, or an expressly requested immediate cancellation.
- Lifetime-use product: One payment grants perpetual use of the purchased product line on one website. The purchased release remains available for download. New versions, updates, and standard support are included for one year, unless the product page expressly includes a longer service term.
Account downloads, updates, standard support, and any hosted or license-gated services for a subscription product require a current subscription. They may be paused when payment is overdue or fails and end when the subscription expires or is terminated. A lifetime-use purchaser keeps access to the purchased release, while a new coverage term is required for later releases, updates, and support after the included year.
3. Product Updates and Downloads
Prepaid 12-month software licenses include account downloads, product updates, and standard support throughout the paid 12-month term. Lifetime-use purchases retain the purchased release and include downloads of newer releases and product updates for one year. Free-product updates are provided when released. Compatibility and feature updates are not guaranteed for every third-party theme, plugin, service, or future WordPress/WooCommerce version.
4. Support
Standard support is included during the paid support term. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours, but response times are not guaranteed. Free-product support is best-effort. Support includes installation guidance, configuration help, and investigation of reproducible product issues.
Support does not include custom development, site administration, third-party themes/plugins/services, third-party usage charges, data entry, or problems caused by customer modifications. Contact us at support@deluxeplugins.com or through our contact page.
5. Payment and Pricing
Prices are listed in USD, exclude applicable taxes and third-party provider charges, and may change for future purchases. Paid software subscriptions offered on this store are prepaid for one year and renew automatically once per year until canceled. Failed or overdue renewal payments may pause account downloads, updates, support, and hosted or license-gated access.
New catalog prices do not retroactively change an existing order or subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize annual recurring charges to the selected payment method at the annual renewal price disclosed at checkout until you cancel. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop the next charge.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial product purchases. Renewal refund eligibility and timing are governed by our Refund Policy and any product-specific terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Deluxe Plugins website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the property of Deluxe Plugins and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
8. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Distribute, resell, lease, license, or sub-license any of our products.
- Modify, alter, or create derivative works from our products.
- Use our products in any unlawful manner or for any illegal activity.
9. Termination
Deluxe Plugins reserves the right to terminate your license and access to our products if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our products and destroy any copies of them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deluxe Plugins shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Changes to Terms
Deluxe Plugins reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website or products constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Deluxe Recurring Subscriptions commercial terms
Deluxe Recurring Subscriptions is offered as a 1-Year Software Subscription for $89.99, prepaid in full for 12 months. It renews only once per year unless canceled before renewal. Only the full prepaid 12-month term is offered, and updates and support are included while the license is active and paid. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Customers may cancel future renewals from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, and access remains active through the exact paid-through date. Future price changes require reasonable advance notice; the original price is not promised as permanently grandfathered.
One license covers one production website plus one linked staging, development, or local testing installation for that same production website. The non-production allowance is not a second production-site license. Deactivation releases an activation; migrations require prior deactivation or an owner-assisted audited reset.
After entitlement expiration, new premium subscription operations, protected updates, protected downloads, support, and other paid capabilities are denied.
