Deluxe Recurring Subscriptions license terms
These product-specific terms apply to Deluxe Recurring Subscriptions purchases. They supplement the Deluxe Plugins Terms and Conditions.
Plans and renewals
- Monthly: $16.99 every month until cancelled.
- Annual — Best Value: $149 every year until cancelled, saving $54.88 compared with 12 monthly payments.
- No signup fee and no free trial.
- Customers may cancel future renewals from their account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
- Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
- Future price changes require reasonable advance notice. The original price is not promised as permanently grandfathered.
Activation allowance
One active subscription covers one production website and one linked staging, development, or local testing installation for that same production website. The second activation is a non-production allowance, not a second production-site license. A non-production allowance may not be used for an unrelated commercial production website.
Deactivating an installation releases its activation. A domain change or migration must use safe deactivation before activating the replacement host, or an owner-assisted audited reset when the original installation is unavailable. Automatic renewals must be disabled on cloned sites so a clone cannot process duplicate renewals.
Paid-through access
Cancellation does not shorten a term already paid. Access remains active through the exact paid-through date. After that date, signed-entitlement rules deny new premium subscription operations, protected downloads, protected updates, documentation, support, and other paid capabilities. Existing customer data, exports, cancellation, payment recovery, refunds, and required merchant obligations remain accessible.
