Download the ZIP from My Account. Back up your site, install it through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, and activate its declared dependencies. Follow the included setup guide, then try this workflow with sample data: Extract a sample residential plan. Verify the result on your own theme before using it for customers.

AI extraction is optional and separately billed. Every quantity, opening, framing assumption, waste factor and local price needs estimator review. Demo calculations show only an illustrative subset, not the complete takeoff engine.

Calculate more than 45 material quantities with editable waste assumptions.
Apply a 66-item editable starter price book, custom-item rates, tax, and contingency.
Save unit costs, line totals, category totals, and estimated material totals.
Export cost-aware CSV files and print-ready estimates.
Keep the provider credential encrypted at rest and test provider availability from settings.

Pricing accuracy and limitations

Starter rates are editable planning assumptions, not live supplier pricing or quotes. Replace them with current local supplier prices before purchasing or bidding. AI output and calculated quantities can be incomplete or wrong. A qualified estimator must review plans, assumptions, local requirements, waste, pricing, and every quantity. Results exclude labor, equipment, engineering, permits, delivery, regional premiums, and market changes unless you add them as custom items.

An active OpenAI account and separately billed API usage are required only for AI extraction; the deterministic quantity and cost calculator works without AI.
