Activate WooCommerce and Reorder Studio, configure planning defaults, run Refresh data and add your suppliers. Review recommendations before creating purchase records. Update physical stock in WooCommerce separately before recording a receipt.

Requirements

64-bit PHP 8.1 or newer, WordPress 6.5 or newer, WooCommerce 9.0 or newer, and MySQL/MariaDB with advisory locks. Verified on WordPress 7.1, WooCommerce 11.1.0 and PHP 8.3.30.

Release checks: WordPress 7.1 · PHP 8.3.30. WooCommerce-dependent workflows checked with WooCommerce 11.1.0. This is not a guarantee for every theme or extension.

Scope & important limits

This is a merchant purchasing tool, not a shopper Buy Again plugin. It never submits orders to suppliers, sends supplier emails, makes payments or changes WooCommerce stock. Recommendations are not guaranteed forecasts. ERP, multiwarehouse and custom product-type integrations are not included. Manual ZIP updates are supported.
