WordPress 6.5 or newer, WooCommerce 8.2 or newer, PHP 8.1 or newer, HTTPS, InnoDB, OpenSSL and a WordPress image editor. Verified on WordPress 7.1, WooCommerce 11.1.0, HPOS and PHP 8.3.30.

Scope & important limits

Gateway refunds require a compatible configured gateway. EasyPost requires your own account and may charge for postage. Verify your gateway and carrier before enabling live financial actions. Credit is a merchandise discount, not a cash wallet; shipping is excluded. Refund calculations use original discounted merchandise and item tax, excluding shipping and fees. No blanket third-party compatibility or guaranteed delivery is promised.
