Deluxe Recurring Subscriptions provides subscription products, renewal scheduling, customer lifecycle controls, failed-payment handling and recovery workflows, switching, synchronized renewals, trials, sign-up fees, coupons, and gifting for WooCommerce stores. Automated retry timing depends on the store’s configured gateway and retry rules.

Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Customers may cancel future renewals from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, so access continues through the exact paid-through date. Future price changes require reasonable advance notice; the original price is not promised as permanently grandfathered.

Migration-safe compatibility

The package deliberately preserves the established WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin path, order types, data stores, schedules, hooks, and public APIs. Existing subscription and renewal-order history remains in place during an in-place migration.

License activations

One active subscription covers one production website and one linked staging, development, or local testing installation for that same production website. The second activation is a non-production allowance, not a second production-site license. Deactivating an installation releases its activation. Domain changes and migrations require safe deactivation first or an owner-assisted reset. A cloned site must have automatic renewals disabled so it cannot process duplicate charges.

Refunds and cancellation

The first purchase of either plan has a 30-calendar-day money-back guarantee from the original purchase date. Requests may be denied for fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated purchase-and-refund abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or other clear misuse.

A renewal refund may be requested within seven calendar days of the renewal charge. After seven days, renewal payments are normally non-refundable except where required by law or where Deluxe Plugins caused a material billing error. Cancelling prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund an already-used billing period.

After the paid-through date, new premium subscription operations, protected updates, protected downloads, and other paid capabilities are denied. Existing customer data, exports, cancellation, payment recovery, refunds, and required merchant functions remain accessible.

Updates and support while subscribed

An active and paid monthly or annual subscription includes product, security, and compatibility updates; documentation; and ticket or email support for installation, activation, licensing, configuration, documented functionality, reproducible defects, and reasonable compatibility diagnosis.

Support is available Monday through Friday, excluding major United States holidays, with a target initial response within two business days. This is a target, not a guaranteed service-level agreement. Security defects, billing failures, data-integrity defects, renewal failures, entitlement outages, and serious regressions receive priority handling.

Standard support does not include custom feature or payment-gateway development, website building or redesign, custom theme work, editing unrelated third-party plugins, general hosting or server administration, repair of unsupported custom-code damage, data entry, store operation, or guaranteed compatibility with every third-party extension. Support and updates are available only while the applicable subscription is active and paid.

Requirements and independence

Requires WordPress 6.9 or newer, WooCommerce 10.1 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, and a compatible recurring-payment gateway for automatic renewals.
